Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2013, at around 22:40, the Defendant: (a) 1, Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, stopped a bus at front of the Korean bank in front of the 25-gu Seoul, which is a bus engineer (57 years of age) and then failed to pay the charges; (b) the Defendant demanded that the Defendant pay different charges; (c) the head of the victim would change the charges; and (d) the Defendant assaulted the next victim once.
