Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 1, 2015, from around 20:40 to 21:50 on August 1, 2015, the Defendant, along with B, C, and D, used 50 ports for 10 points in the half underground space of the house located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and 3 points in the first place. The Defendant used 10 points in the way that he pays to the longer person KRW 1,00,000 for each additional 3 points and KRW 1,000 for each additional 3 points.
