Defendant

A Imprisonment of 10 months, Defendant B’s imprisonment of 6 months, and fine of 2,00,000 won, and Defendant C’s imprisonment of 4 months and fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. From November 2018 to March 27, 2019, Defendant A collected KRW 210,000,000 in total as part of the participation fee in the relevant gambling participant, and received KRW 40,200,00 in total as part of the participation fee in the case of 1,000 or KRW 2,000 in addition to 1,00,000 or KRW 2,00 in addition to 1,00 for each additional point, and from around November 201 to March 20, 201, Defendant A collected KRW 4,10,000 in total as part of the participation fee in the case of 1,00,000 in the case of 2,00,000 in the case of 2,00.

Accordingly, the Defendant opened a gambling place for profit-making purposes.

2. Defendant B

A. From December 2018 to March 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 70,000 to KRW 90,000 per day from A at the places specified in paragraph (1) from around December 2018 to around March 27, 2019; and (b) aided and abetting the participants in gambling by cooking food and impairing their hearts; and (c) aiding and abetting the opening of the gambling place specified in paragraph (1) by facilitating the establishment of the gambling place.

B. On March 27, 2019, around 15:20 on March 27, 2019, the Defendant saw that a person who first pays 3 points by using the 50 Dolet in the Dolet as well as G, H, etc., together with G and H. Around 15:20, the Defendant saw that a person who first pays 3 points to that person by adding 3,00 won to 3,00 won, and 1,000 won for each additional point.

3. Defendant C

A. From January 2019 to March 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) prepared the meals of the participants in gambling at the places specified in paragraph (1) from around January 2019 to around March 27, 2019; or (b) assisted and abetted the preparation of B’s food in preparation for food or cleaning at the places of gambling upon the request of the participants in gambling; and (c) aiding and abetting the opening of a place of gambling listed in paragraph (1) by using coffee or tobacco in which the participants in gambling participate.

B. Gambling (1) The Defendant from around 17:00 on September 201 to 21:00 on the first day.
