Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2014, at around 05:20, the Defendant driven CEX car in the state of alcohol with approximately 5m alcohol concentration of 0.157% at the front of the original hospital located in 1943-16, in the vicinity of the original hospital located in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si.
