Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although the defendant was the husband and wife of the victim C, it was divorced on December 18, 2012.
1. On May 19, 201, the Defendant: (a) signed a letter of renunciation, including the victim’s abandonment of all the property rights, including the said D apartment, and the right to parental authority, on the chest side of the victim’s chest that was dangerous before the Defendant’s house entrance; and (b) had the victim waive the said D apartment; and (c) carried the dangerous objects by intimidation, thereby having the victim perform a non-obligatory act.
2. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;
A. On June 13, 2012, at the above defendant's office, the defendant stated in the letter letter letter letter "C" and in the letter letter letter "C, 503, the defendant forged a letter of delegation in the name of C, which is a private document concerning the rights and obligations, affixed the seal of the victim prepared in advance on his name, and submitted it to the attorney-at-law in charge of authentication, who is aware of the forgery, as if the letter of waiver as stated in the above paragraph (1) was duly formed, at the law firm E office located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and submitted it to the attorney-at-law in charge of authentication, who is aware of the forgery.
B. On October 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) made a gift agreement stating that the injured party donated the said D apartment to the Defendant at the H office of the certified judicial scrivener office located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, that “C, I, Suwon-si J, Suwon-si J, and Da 503 (D apartment)”; (b) forged one copy of the victim’s donation agreement under the name of the injured party, which is a private document pertaining to the rights and obligations affixed by his name and duties; (c) forged the victim’s seal in the letter of proxy for registration in the letter of proxy for registration; and (d) forged the victim’s letter of proxy for registration under the name of the injured party, which is a private document pertaining to the rights and duties attached by his/her name; and (d) forged the victim’s seal in the letter of proxy for registration.
