Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

When the defendant pays the above F amount of KRW 1.7 million to the above F despite that the defendant did not receive any vocational training from the above educational institute, the F issued a false completion certificate of the course of acquiring the qualification certificate for caregiver and assistant nurse, and the defendant submitted the above completion certificate to the Ministry of Unification to the Ministry of Unification and conspired to receive the vocational training subsidy for North Korean defectors.

On January 24, 2013, the Defendant applied for a vocational training subsidy to North Korean defectors, along with a certificate of completion issued in the name of the president of the D Education Center affiliated with the C Education Center, stating that “The Defendant participated in vocational training for the process of acquiring the qualification of a nursing assistant of 1,580 hours from November 21, 2011 to December 31, 2012,” and that “the Defendant participated in vocational training for the course of acquiring the qualification of a nursing assistant of 1,580 hours from November 21, 201 to December 31, 2012,” respectively.

However, the Defendant did not actually receive a total of 1,885 hours of vocational training, and as above, in collusion with F and received a false certificate of completion.

The Defendant submitted a false certificate of completion as above, and received KRW 4.4 million from the Ministry of Unification to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number G) in the name of the Defendant on February 22, 2013.

As above, the Defendant received false support from North Korean defectors.
