Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2015, around 10:05, at the entrance of the Dolet parking lot owned by the Defendant in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant assaulted the victim by forcing the victim to wear the arms of the victim who was seated at the driver's seat in the above vehicle, and by going through the left-down, on the ground that the victim E (18 years of age) stopped at the entrance of the Dolet parking lot located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
