Punishment of the crime

1. 계속하여, 피고인은 위 경찰관들이 순찰차에 위 B와 딸을 태우고 출발하려고 하자 위 순찰차의 뒷문을 열고 들어가 “아기는 주고 가라”라고 고함쳤고, 위 순경 G로부터 위와 같은 행동을 제지당하자 "개새끼들아 가정폭력, 좆같은 소리하네, 죽을래 씹새끼야"라고 욕설하면서 주먹으로 G의 가슴을 밀쳐 바닥에 넘어뜨리고 양발로 위 G의 정강이를 수회 걷어찼으며, 주먹으로 위와 같은 폭행을 제지하려던 위 경사 F의 얼굴을 때리고 손으로 위 G의 낭심을 세게 잡아 당기는 등 폭행하여 112신고 업무를 처리하는 경찰관들의 정당한 공무집행을 방해함과 동시에 위 G에게 14일간의 치료를 요하는 요추의 염좌 및 긴장 등의 상해를 가하였다.

2. 피고인 B 피고인은 전항과 같은 일시, 장소에서, 남편인 A이 전항과 같이 위 경찰관 F과 위 G의 공무집행을 방해하는 것을 보았음에도, 위 경찰관들이 위 A의 양팔을 잡고 체포하려고 한다는 이유로, 손으로 위 F의 머리채를 잡아 당기고 발로 위 F의 정강이를 찼으며 주먹으로 위 F의 가슴을 수회 때리는 등 폭행하여 112신고 업무를 처리하는 위 경찰관들의 정당한 공무집행을 방해하였다.
