around 14:40 on October 10, 2013, the Defendant, as indicated in the list of crimes, operated the 10-one-one taxi from September 5, 2013 to March 15, 2014, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the four national highways located in Sung-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si.

[2014 Highest 211] The Defendant is the operator of Company B, who owns D, E, and F taxi.

On March 20, 2014, at around 15:57, the Defendant: (a) had a driver under the name of the above E-si, who was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the private road in front of the Gyeongmun-gu, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) on March 21, 2014, the Defendant had a driver under the name of the above F-si, who was not covered by mandatory insurance, drive the said F-si; and (c) around March 27, 2014, at around 21:43, the Defendant had a driver under the name of the above F-si, who was not covered by mandatory insurance, drive the said D-si on the front of the private apartment located in the Maak-si, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and was not covered by mandatory insurance on three occasions in total.
