Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 8, 2010, the Defendant is the owner of BDap Motor Vehicle, and operated each of the above vehicles, which was not covered by mandatory insurance in front of the Daegu Suwon-gu Do Office of Do Office of Do Office around September 19, 201, around 19:03, around July 16, 201.

2. On July 23, 201, the Defendant: (a) was the owner of a vehicle Crano five tons; and (b) on July 23, 201, at a point of 174.4km (Gu Won-dong), the Defendant had a person who was absent from the name of the Defendant drive the said vehicle.

3. The Defendant is the owner of DRano-5 tons of vehicles, and around 08:14 on March 17, 201, at the point of 52.7km (on July 18:37, 201, at the right point of 151km at the right point of 151km (on July 18:37, 201, at the right point of 151km at the right point of the right point of Gyeongbu Highway, and around 13:43 on July 19, 2012, at the right point of 151km at the right point of 151km on the right to drive the said motor vehicle.

4. On February 19, 201, the Defendant: (a) was the owner of a vehicle Erano five tons; and (b) on February 19, 201, the Defendant had the Defendant drive the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance prior to the Daegu Suwon-gu Sicdong (Seoul Metropolitan City), on the part of the owner of the vehicle.

5. On July 29, 2010, the Defendant: (a) was the owner of a Franoon vehicle; and (b) on July 29, 2010, the Defendant had G employed by the Defendant drive the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the street front of the Ghodong-gu, Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu, on July 13:30.
