A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2016, at around 10:50, the Defendant: (a) driven a Wing-in vehicle from the middle distance of 142 letter 3 lanes in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu to turn to the right from the middle distance of 142 degrees; (b) in the course of investigating personal information while controlling the violation of Y by police officers belonging to X in the Incheon Bupyeong-gu Police Station X, the Defendant demanded the Defendant to move the said vehicle in the future in order to notify the Defendant of the number of notifications of designation and prevent traffic congestion; (c) in order to prevent traffic congestion, the Defendant took a speed-on procedure and tried to start the two-lane of the said vehicle to change the two-lanes of the road; (d) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties by exposing the right edge of Y with the front wheels of the said vehicle, thereby hindering the police officer’s performance of duties; and (d) proposed to suffer injuries, such as knek-in for four weeks.

On September 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) considered that the Defendant could not have any choice but to commit a crime causing bodily injury resulting from the obstruction of performance of special duties, escape, injury, property damage, etc. while driving the said vehicle, and (b) led to the following crimes while driving the vehicle while driving the vehicle, driving the vehicle, driving the vehicle, and driving the police, etc., driving the vehicle, driving the center line, and carrying it over, and driving the vehicle, etc.:

1.
