A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on October 10, 2013, in the support of Suwon Ganwon, for special larceny, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 18, 2013, and was sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment with labor for the same crime, etc. at the Incheon District Court on November 20, 2014 during the period of suspension of execution, which became final and conclusive on May 19, 2015, and the sentence of suspension of execution became void and was released on August 13, 2016 and passed on November 24, 2016 during the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Detention House.
