1. The Defendants: (a) each of the Plaintiff A KRW 148,205,044; (b) KRW 35,171,359; and (c) each of them on September 28, 2012.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff A is the owner of the building indicated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building,” and the said building site is the same as the Plaintiff’s 1 and the second floor of the instant building. Plaintiff B is the Plaintiff’s Pool, who operated the “F Chuncheon store” on the first and second floors of the instant building.

B. On July 21, 2010, G, G, 163.1 square meters (the land listed in the attached Table 1-A; hereinafter “instant construction site”) adjacent to the instant building and the instant building site were connected to the instant building on the wall surface. Defendant D, C, and C purchased the instant construction site and the instant adjacent building on August 24, 2009, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 30, 209, each of 1/2 shares of the instant building and the instant adjacent building on July 21, 2010, and removed part of the building (the part corresponding to the area of the subsequent building part of the building), and removed the construction work on April 5, 200 (hereinafter “the instant construction work”) and the construction work on the instant building on the instant adjacent building upon obtaining the construction permit from Defendant D and C to the Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant D”).

C. After Defendant Thai Construction commenced the instant construction around August 2010, it was determined that there was a structural safety problem in the building of this case in the process of removing part of the adjacent building of this case. Accordingly, Defendant D, C, and Thai Construction decided to remove all adjacent building of this case and construct the building of five floors above the ground in the instant construction site. Defendant Thai Construction cut off the walls attached between the instant building and the instant adjacent building of this case, and cut off the walls attached to the instant building.
