A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall provide game products for distribution or use which have not been classified, or display or store them for such purposes.
