A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person is prohibited from providing a game product that has not been classified for distribution or use, or displaying or keeping it for that purpose. However, around April 6, 2015, the Defendant opened a game room in the name of "D" in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and kept the game product in the form of casino gambling in the form of casino 40 game products that was not classified by the Game Rating Board, in order to provide it for the use of an unspecified large number of customers by installing a game product in the table PC 40.
