Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 25,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2012, the Defendant, at around 20:50, 2012, rendered a very rough speech and behavior, such as, under the influence of alcohol, taking a bath to the head of the relevant service team and exerting a large amount of interest, etc., and was in a riotous or disorderly manner.
