Defendant

1. Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim G and H.

2. 공무집행방해 및 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(공동상해) 피고인들은 2013. 9. 26 22:10경 성남시 중원구 F 앞 도로에서 112신고를 받고 출동한 성남중원경찰서 J파출소 소속 경사 K(40세)와 경장 L(36세)으로부터 피고인들을 위와 같은 행위로 현행범체포한다는 고지를 받자, 피고인 B은 위 K에게 “왜 우리만 조사해”라며 손으로 어깨를 찌르고, 이를 제지하는 위 L의 어깨와 얼굴을 손으로 밀쳐 안경이 바닥에 떨어져 안경알이 깨지게 하고, 피고인 A은 손으로 위 L의 멱살을 잡고 팔로 머리를 감아 넘어뜨리고, 이를 제지하는 위 K의 얼굴을 발로 찼다.
