Criminal facts

1. On May 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from hazardous driving) driven a C-type car with alcohol concentration of 0.153% in blood, and led the D-type in front of the Gwangju Mine area to a F-type restaurant on the surface of the EPC room.
