A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) is a person who is engaged in driving a B-related car.

On May 22, 2016, around 21:40, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of about 60km/h of speed from around 21:55 to around 10km to the front road of the Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and proceeded at a speed of about 60km/h.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.125% at the time, was driven by the victim C (25 years old) waiting in the signal signal while driving in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, such as a fluoring of a face with a fluor and a fluoring of a fluor, etc., he was driven by the Defendant as the back fluor of the vehicle in front of the said vehicle.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driven a B-e-car with alcohol content of 0.125% under the influence of alcohol as stated at the date and place specified in paragraph 1, and at the same time and place.
