The Plaintiff

(a) Defendant B and C shall have the real property listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2;

B. Defendant D shall set forth in Attachment No. 2.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is, during Ansan-si, the Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association (hereinafter “instant project”) with the size of 41,856 square meters in the Seoul-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as a business implementation zone, for the purpose of the Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project (hereinafter “instant project”).

B. On October 4, 2012, the Ansan City publicly announced the establishment of the instant redevelopment project improvement plan and the designation of the rearrangement zone (not known) by G in Ansan-si, thereby making the public perusal of the residents.

2. Determination

A. Defendant B and C, the owner of the real estate listed in the attached list 1 and 2 of the claim Nos. 1 and 2, are obligated to deliver each of the above real estate to the Plaintiff.

Defendant D and E’s claim 1) Article 81(1) of the Act on the Maintenance of Urban and Residential Environments (hereinafter “Urban Conservation Act”) provides that “The person holding a right, such as the person holding a right to lease on a deposit basis with the owner of a previous land or building, is publicly notified as a management and disposition plan under Article 78(4).”
