The Plaintiff
(a) Defendant B shall provide each real estate listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the annexed Schedule of Real Estate;
B. Defendant C shall be attached hereto.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On September 6, 2011, the Plaintiff was an association established to implement a housing redevelopment improvement project (hereinafter “instant redevelopment project”) in the Seoul Jung-gu I, Seoul. The Defendants are the owners or lessees of real estate located within the instant redevelopment project area, who possess the following real estate:

B. On March 12, 2018, the Plaintiff was authorized by the head of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the management and disposal plan of the instant redevelopment project, and the head of Jung-gu announced the management and disposal plan of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on March 15, 2018.
On May 7, 2019, the plaintiff was authorized by the head of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to revise the above management and disposal plan, which was announced to K on May 9, 2019.
C. Upon the Plaintiff’s application for adjudication of expropriation, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Regional Land Tribunal shall attach the respective real estate listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the attached Table No. 1 and 3 of the real estate list owned by Defendant B and C on April 26, 2019 and the attached
