A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 9, 2016, around 14:10 on July 9, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B: (a) at the bus stops located in front of the shuttle-dong-dong bus apartment complex in front of the Han-dong-dong, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul, the Defendant stated that “The victim B (a 17 years of age) was assigned a number on the face of 17 years of age” according to the victim’s call, and the victim was aware of the victim’s telephone number on the cell phone.

On July 11, 2016, at around 14:13, the same day as 10:02, the Defendant sent the victim’s mobile phone text message to the effect that the victim would not contact with the victim by leaving the phone with the victim’s mobile phone, using the mobile phone on the same day, the Defendant sent the victim’s text message “the victim” to the victim at around 16:29.

Accordingly, the Defendant sent to the other party a letter that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through communications media for the purpose of inducing or meeting his or another person's sexual desire.

2. On July 17, 2016, around 15:00 on July 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim C (at the age of 16) who is waiting for the bus at the bus stops in front of the second apartment complex of 223 23 o-ro, south-gu, Seoul, Seoul; (b) obtained the victim’s telephone number by affixing the phone number on the Defendant’s mobile phone.

피고인은 같은 날 21:13경부터 2016. 7. 18. 09:29경까지 총 95회에 걸쳐 피해자의 휴대폰으로 ‘용돈줄게 모텔갈래 ’, ‘편손 끝으로 때릴 수 있어 ’, 애무만 조금 해보고 싶은데 ’, ‘발육에 좋아’, 발가락도빨아보고싶고 ’, ‘떡치자’, ‘보지털은 낫니 ’, ‘한번만안아보면소원이없겠다’, ‘사랑해ㅜㅜ’, ‘이세상에서 제일사랑해’, ‘똥꼬도할타줄부있어깊숙히’, ‘한번만 안아보자’, ‘주인님 시키시는 일은 뭐든지 하겠습니다’라는 등 내용의...
