Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 11, 2019, at around 16:06, the bus stops "Dobong-gu, Seoul, 117, "Dobong-gu," Dobong-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. When the injured party B (75 years of age, female) gets on a bus in order to get out of the bus, C naturally has a high risk of impeding traffic of the passing, resulting in a heavy danger, due to a narrow bus stop, being towed from a narrow bus stop, and thus, C has a duty of care to prevent the occurrence of danger in advance, and the left side of the female has lost the center of the hand-on wheel, while the defendant moves to a rapid walk for getting out of the bus even though he had the above duty of care, and the defendant had the female go beyond six weeks, such as the right side of the passenger's hand-on and the right side of the passenger's hand-on, and had the victim take over the right side of the passenger's hand-on.
