Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a rocketing taxi vehicle.

On March 24, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on March 10:38, 2018, and proceeded along the four lanes in front of D in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, along the one lane in the direction of a valley from the mouth of the mouth of the Gu, and turn to the left at a speed of about 20km in the direction of the city of the valley.
