A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 10, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle from about 1km to about 124cc in the direction of Drown-si, B apartment, adjacent to Jinju-si, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.116% of the blood alcohol concentration, from around 19:40 on September 10, 2017.

2. The Defendant forged private document: (a) was found to have driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from G while working in the Jinju Police Station F District under the influence of alcohol at the time and place under Paragraph (1); and (b) the Defendant’s written request to prepare a statement of the circumstances of the driver’s license and a written confirmation; (c) stated the Defendant’s personal information, such as the resident registration number, etc., to G; (d) signed the “H” on the “the statement of the circumstances of the driver’s license using a verification pen for the purpose of exercising the right; and (e) signed the “H” on the “written confirmation” at the bottom of the “written confirmation.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate, the Defendant forged a driver’s statement and a written confirmation, which was made in the name of H, a private document concerning the certificate of fact.

3. The Defendant at the time, place, etc. set forth in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of this Article: (a) a copy of the driver’s statement and a copy of the confirmation document, which forged the above investigation document, were delivered to G as if they were genuinely formed.
