Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is an employer who engages in the manufacturing business of building materials by employing 30 full-time workers as the C representative director of the Co., Ltd., which is located in No. 802, Dong-dong B building B during Ansan-si.
The Defendant worked in the foregoing workplace from October 19, 201 to June 22, 2012, and did not pay wages of 1,983,330 won in May 201, and wages of 1,605,550 won in June 2012 and wages of 3,58,880 won in the foregoing workplace and wages of 3,58,880 won in June 1, 2012 from October 12 to July 30, 2012 of E retired workers and did not pay wages of 2,483,330 won in May 2, 2012, and wages of 2,533,30 won in June 2012, and wages of 33,330 won in total,30 won in July 2, 2012, 7,3349, and 90 won in the relevant workplace without agreement between the parties to retirement.
