A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a user who employs six full-time workers and engages in software development business, as the D representative director of a corporation with C building 414 of the Gu building 414 during Ansan-si.

[2013 Highest 550] The Defendant worked in the said workplace from August 20, 2012 to October 5, 2012, and did not pay the total of KRW 1,769,230 as well as KRW 36,826,69, and total of KRW 7,44,69, and G’s retirement allowances within 14 days from the date of the occurrence of the cause for payment without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date for payment, as shown in attached Table 1 Nos. 2 to 6, 2012.

[2013 Highest 1421] The Defendant, while working in the said workplace from March 2, 2011 to July 31, 2012, did not pay KRW 3 million in total, including KRW 1.5 million wage of May 201 of the retired workers H, and KRW 2,082,489 in total, including the wage of KRW 1.5 million in June 2012, within 14 days from the date of the occurrence of the cause for payment, without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date.

[2013 Highest 1499] The Defendant did not pay 92,691,70 won in total, including 1,176,30 won in compensation for actual expenses, 2,96,760 won in compensation for actual expenses, and 1,176,30 won in compensation for actual expenses, and 2,96,760 won in attached Table 2, as shown in attached Table 2 of the List of Crimes, within 14 days from the date of the occurrence of the cause for payment, without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
