Reasons
Punishment of the crime
A person who is not an entrusted business entity or a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who is not an entrusted business entity shall not gambling by using a similar act which provides property or property benefits to persons who win the result of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or similar things.
Nevertheless, from February 2015 to September 2015, Defendant A provided gambling funds after installing computers and the Internet at 1611 from September 2015 to September 2011, 2015, i.e., Seocheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City J Building 101 to 1611. Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F connected to the Internet illegal sports gambling site at the above place and gathered to divide the profits with Defendant A.
1. Defendant A and Defendant B received gambling funds from Defendant A from February 2, 2015 to November 14, 2015, from 101, 101, 1801, 161, and 1611, the Hacheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City J. 2. Defendant D’s joint crime committed by Defendant A and Defendant D is as listed in the attached list of crimes (D) by accessing the illegal sports soil site, such as “N,” by using a computer installed in the said place, from February 12, 2015 to November 23, 2015, after receiving gambling funds from Defendant A from 101, 1801, 1801, Seocheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City J. 1611.
