A Co., Ltd. is a company established for the purpose of electricity and telecommunications construction business using Gwangju Northern-gu D as its head office, and is a representative director and actual representative on the register of Defendant C Co., Ltd., and Defendant A is a business operator (mutual: G) who engages in the construction of steel structure, etc. in the construction of solar power plants, among the above “FBS construction works” by Defendant C, is a business operator who subcontracted construction works for solar power plants and manages matters concerning safety and health of employees belonging to the company.

1. The defendant A business owner shall take measures necessary for the prevention of danger at a place where workers might fall down at work, where soil and sand, structures, etc. might collapse, where material objects might fall or fall, or where other hazards may occur due to natural disasters in the course of carrying out work, and in other places where there is a risk of collapse due to natural disasters. In particular, he/she shall take measures necessary for the prevention of danger, such as installation of a light board at least 30 centimeters in width or a fall protection net, and shall require safety belts to be worn by workers who carry out work at a place where the height of at least two meters might fall at a risk of falling;
