Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who has violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and who has violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving).

On May 9, 2016, the Defendant, without a motor device bicycle license, driven a bicycle for the above engine device around 19:30 on May 9, 2016, operated two-lane roads in front of the D in the north-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan City, Seoan-gu, in the direction of a straight distance from the face value to face.

There are two-lanes, and at the time, the victim E (son, 40 years old) is driving in the same direction as the defendant in front of the defendant, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle by driving the motor vehicle, such as moving the motor vehicle, driving the motor vehicle properly.

2. On May 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on the two-lane road in front of D referred to in the foregoing paragraph (1) on the two-lane road; (b) on May 9, 2016, the Defendant is an on-site dispatch employee of the KB Non-Life Insurance Co., Ltd. who was dispatched to the site due to the traffic accidents described in the foregoing paragraph (1).

“Inform the personal information of G and receive the insurance.”

However, in fact, the defendant claimed insurance money as G in order to pay insurance money to E without paying exemption money due to the relationship that caused a traffic accident without a motor device bicycle license.

The defendant is the victim KB non-life insurance.
