Punishment of the crime

1. At around 19:00 on November 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim E (the age of 21) who is a part-time E (the age of 21) by approaching the victim’s knife and approaching the victim’s knife at a knife golf course operated by the mother of the Defendant located in Heak-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) 2:3 times to knife the victim’s knife; and (c) knife the victim who continued to knife in the main room.

4. At around 03:00 on November 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim at one room of the instant Dscke golf course; (b) dbucks and sprinks; (c) dumps and sprinks and sprinks and sprinks were met to make the victim indecently committed.
