Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal, A, and Defendant B, in order to raise living expenses, entertainment expenses, etc. during their living together with each other due to their relationship with each other, posted a false letter on the Internet website to sell used goods and gather goods on the street with only the cost of goods.
On August 14, 2013, the Defendants conspired to publish a letter to the effect that Defendant B’s Internet site “E” in the following “E” on the Internet site using a computer, and this paper stated that the victim F would immediately send an object if the victim F made a pre-paid payment with the Defendant F’s handphone.
However, the Defendants did not have the intention or ability to send the goods to the victim even if they received the goods in advance.
Ultimately, the Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 50,000 from the victim, namely, remittance of KRW 50,000 from the victim as the price for the goods, from that time until November 9, 2013, received a total of 16,00,000 won, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
2. In using and managing the means of access, unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts, Defendant A was given compensation and was not given the means of access. However, around July 2013, the Defendant borrowed the physical card and password connected to H from G 207 of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the account of the passbook (I) in the name of the bank in the name of Gangdong-gu, and in return, paid KRW 50,000 in cash to H and paid KRW 10,000 in lieu of H’s unpaid Hand.
