1. The Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
2.Provided, That with respect to Defendant B, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 29, 2009, Defendant A was the representative director of Company D who supplies food materials to the expressway rest area, and Defendant B is the auditor of the said Company.
While the Defendants were trying to seek business funds without being relieved of the enemy while operating the above company, they conspired to obtain money from the injured couple under the pretext of receiving the introduction of victim F and G couple through Defendant B’s speech E, and allowing the injured couple to receive money by auction.

B On May 2009, at the office of the above company located in Young-gu, Young-si, Young-si, Sinkman, Daegu, by telephone, the victim F, who lives in Daegu, means that the victim F, “There is good things (18 square meters or more), can be sold at auction and good, and can be sold at auction. 2. On March 19, 2010, the Defendants conspired to acquire money from the victim F for the purpose of raising the operating funds of the said Company.
