The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal: The punishment imposed by the lower court (three years of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.
2. In light of the fact that there are four victims due to the instant crime, the sum of damages exceeds KRW 500,00,000, the Defendant did not reach an agreement with any victim up to the trial, and the Defendant had already had the same criminal records, it cannot be deemed that the sentence imposed by the lower court is too heavy.
