A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant causing property damage: (a) around 10:00 on September 7, 2013, on the ground that the Defendant got home at the Defendant’s residence heading in Ulleung-gun C; (b) on the ground that the Defendant got home at the Defendant’s residence heading in Ulleung-gun C, the Defendant destroyed the Defendant’s property by setting up 3, 3, 3, and 1,000 won in total, the market price of the victim’s ownership, and destroying the property by setting fire by attaching Lanon.

2. On September 10, 2013, at around 12:25, the injured Defendant: (a) went to the Defendant’s residence; and (b) brought about a dispute with the victim D (at the age of 48) who returned to the Defendant; (c) and (d) brought about the victim’s face and part of the victim’s face one time in drinking because the victim is suspected of avoiding the wind with another male; (d) took one time in drinking; and (e) sustained the victim’s right-hand neck, shouldered, and sprinked the victim in need of treatment for a week.

3. 4. Around 12:40 on September 10, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) found the Defendant with a knife, a lethal weapon, at the victim D’s residence, as indicated in paragraph (3). However, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s property with a deadly weapon by tearing the knife of the knife at the victim’s knife (a.e., KRW 75 cm, length 185 cm) at the victim’s management market price attached to the front door of the place where there was no victim, and the knife at the victim’s knife (a.e., KRW 75
