A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for twenty years.

One knife (No. 3) and one knife (No. 4) shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Around March 1988, the Defendant married with the Victim C (FL, 50 years of age) and lived together with the Defendant. On April 13, 2015, the Defendant brought a divorce lawsuit against the Defendant on April 13, 2015, when the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by verbal abuse and abusive language, and repeatedly aggravated married couple’s death.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who is dissatisfied with the complaint, found in the "E" management room operated by the victim on the second floor of the D Building at the Jeju City, and used the victim to withdraw the lawsuit against the victim and to live together.

1. On May 7, 2015, at the above skin management room around 20:30 on May 7, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s business operation of the victim’s skin management room by: (a) having the entrance door under the influence of alcohol taken in drinking twice in drinking; (b) having the victim open a door; (c) preventing customers from entering the room for about 20 minutes; and (d) having the victim interfered with the victim’s operation of the skin management room.

2. At around 11:00 on May 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) carried a knife knife to kill the victim; (b) carried the knife in the above knife room near the knife room; (c) found the knife in the above knife room after drinking alcohol at a restaurant near the knife; (d) had the knife purchased and carried in the above knife room in the above knife room at around 15:53 to 16:23 on the same day; and (e) caused the knife to die of the knife part of the knife of the knife room in his hand; and (e) caused the death of the knife knife due to the knife m
