1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Among the area of 218 square meters in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, each point of the attached Form 1, 11, 10, 9, and 1 is indicated.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 9, 1996, the Plaintiff acquired ownership of 218 square meters in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City Cmiscellaneous land (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

B. The Defendant, prior to acquiring the ownership of the instant real estate, occupied the flag, building, ice building, toilet, warehouse, etc. adjacent to the instant real estate in Gangseo-gu, Busan, and its ground surface, and occupied the portion of “A” in the order of each of the items indicated in the separate drawings among the instant real estate, is five square meters in the “A” as the site for a flag and building; the portion of “B” connecting 34 square meters in sequence with each of the items indicated in 12,2,14,13,12 in the same drawings; the portion of “A” connected 34 square meters in the order of 19,20,16,17, and 19; the portion of “A” connected with 11 square meters in the order of each of the items in the same drawings; the portion of “A” connected with 10,000 square meters in the toilet building site; 7,8,18,16,7, and 17; 194 square meters in the order of each; 16,14 square meters in the same portion; 17.

(hereinafter referred to as the “A” or the “Ma” portion of the land collectively refers to the land in question. C.

On September 11, 2017, the Defendant removed all the remainder of the ground except the flag and part of the building on the ground (hereinafter “section”) on which the part of “A” was successively connected to each point of the attached Form 1, 11, 10, 9, and 1 among the ground objects of the instant dispute land.

2. According to the above facts, the Defendant removed the building portion on the ground of the instant portion of land “A” to the Plaintiff, delivered the said portion of land, and filed by the Plaintiff from June 9, 2006 to September 11, 2017.
