1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”) and the Defendant is a person engaged in driving
On May 18, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.172% in blood, and driven it at a speed of 0.172% in order to turn to the left at a speed of about 40 km per hour from the basin of the water basin to the C market at the speed of about 15 km in the speed of 157 in order to turn to the left.
