A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On March 10, 2018, the Defendant driven the above passenger vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.231% during blood transfusions on March 10, 2018, and driven the above passenger vehicle along two-lanes in the direction of the bus terminal distance from the right shooting distance to the 5-lane road located in the 157 west-gu, Suwon-si.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and suffered injury to the victim C, such as brain-proof sugar, which requires two-day medical treatment, and injury to the victim E, such as salt pans, tensions, and tensions, which require one week medical treatment.
