1. The defendant shall pay 356,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 6, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a corporation established for the purpose of selling real estate by proxy and consulting business, and the Defendant is an agricultural corporation established for the purpose of corporate agricultural management and mountain village experience.

Article 1 [Purpose of Contract] The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate the project and to ensure the successful completion of the project concerned by carrying out the business affairs of PM (including services incidental thereto) of the above development project and supporting specialized project planning, consultation, etc.
Article 2 [Scope of Business] “A” shall at the same time conclude this Agreement and shall grant “B” the rights and obligations of PM for the subject-matter.
(1) No “B” shall resume his/her business to a third party without the consent of “A”.
(2) The scope of duties to be performed by “B” shall be as follows:
1. Overall control over development;
2. Counselling on and investigating the overall project;
3. Securing project funds and seeking ways to implement projects (including preparation, etc. of project plans);
4. Planning of sale and marketing;
5. Supervision and consultation of rental agency business and service business entities (prior consultation with A)
6. Consultation on and promotion of duties using the title of “A”;
7. Other necessary business affairs and incidental services in connection with the project (PM service charges, etc.) are the following services charges related to the development project:
The daily gold per fee (23,000,000) per unit selling Ata (TT Map) sales room (18 square) shall be gold per unit selling Btain (20 square).
