A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the relative of the victim B (the family name, female, and C) who is a person with intellectual disability of the second degree, and the defendant has divorced and has brought up the victim on his own by about ten years, so the victim is entirely dependent on the defendant and is subject to the control of the defendant.

1. On March 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) went off from the Defendant’s office method located in Asan-si, Asan-si from the Defendant’s office method at Asan-si on March 4, 2018, and tried to put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s negative part by gathering it back after the victim’s back; (b) the victim took the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s negative part; and (c) the victim took the Defendant’s finger back and rejected the victim’s finger, thereby preventing the victim’s finger from getting off and getting out; and (d) sexual intercourse with the victim with a mental disability by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s negative part.

2. On July 2018 to August 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was off from the victim’s panty and panty, who was in the right by side from the place specified in the above Paragraph (1) at the time of the date; and (b) had sexual intercourse with the victim with a mental disability by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s negative part, even though the victim refused by the method specified in the above Paragraph (1).

3. On October 2018 to November 2011, the Defendant: (a) exceeded the victim’s panty and panty, who was going back by the location described in the foregoing paragraph (1) from the new wall, and she did sexual intercourse with the victim with a mental disability by inserting the victim’s sexual organ into the part of the victim, even though the victim refused by the method described in the foregoing paragraph (1), in spite of the victim’s refusal to do so.

4. On November 2018, 2018, the Defendant goes off from the victim’s panty and panty, who is going back by the victim from the place specified in the above Paragraph 1 at the spande of the date, and then came back after the victim’s refusal in the manner specified in the above Paragraph 1, and inserted the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound even though the victim refused to do so.
