A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Mept Ampha (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) and marijuana, which are a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On March 1, 2017, the Defendant purchased philophones by means of taking up 2.5 million won at the cash collection place at the head of the E hotel located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of selling narcotics with the name-free narcotics and philophones known to the Defendant by “C”, around 13:00, in early order of 2017, the Defendant purchased philophones by taking up about 5 g of philophones from the lower part of the instant hotel “F” number of plastic bags, where the said sales book is known to him, around 14:00 on the same day.

B. At around 11:00 on March 16, 2017, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g of phiphones purchased from Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s operation in front of H elementary school. At the seat of the Defendant’s operation, the Defendant injected phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g of phiphones purchased from the foregoing paragraph A, into an empty injection machine, and dilution them into his left arms and injecting them.

around 11:45 on March 16, 2017, at the hotel K parking lot located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council, the Defendant kept one injection machine, approximately 0.21g of oponon, and approximately 0.43g of opononon in his hand, and kept one plastic bag, approximately 1.50g of opononon, and one injection machine, approximately 0.63g of 0.65g of opononononon, and one injection machine, approximately 0.66g of oponononononon, and one injection machine, approximately 0.66g of oponononononon, and approximately 0.67g of opononononononon. 45g of opononon.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
