Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2019, the Defendant removed a prefabricated-type wall installed at the boundary between the above Defendant’s house site and neighboring C’s land owned by neighboring residents, from the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-si to the 25th day of the same month, and installed a retaining wall with part of the above C’s site, thereby making it impossible to recognize the boundary between the above site.
