According to the above facts of recognition, in the event that the defendant, an employer, performs all measures to prevent safety accidents, provide sufficient safety education to prevent safety accidents that may occur during the work, and is negligent in performing occupational duties to supervise accidents that may occur during the work, and ultimately, the accident of this case occurred. Thus, the defendant is liable to compensate for damages suffered by the plaintiff due to the accident of this case.

C. However, comprehensively taking account of the facts acknowledged earlier, the part of the instant accident’s losses, which is not the entire part, in performing the work that is highly likely to make viewers feel in gold, is accurate.
