Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a substantial operator of the “D” in Simsan-si, and a person who exercises overall control over matters concerning the safety of employees belonging to the said company.
