Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall carry any deadly weapons or other dangerous objects which are likely to be used for a crime with no justifiable reason.

Nevertheless, at around 01:20 on July 5, 2016, the Defendant carried the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen, in order to threaten D, the face, etc. from D due to the calculation of the drinking value thereof, in front of the 'C' entertainment tavern C' in Daegu-gu B, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and carried the kitchen knife (a total length of about 29cm and about 17cm in length).
