around 23:50 on February 13, 2016, the Defendant carried the kitchen knife (28.4cm in total length, 17cm in length) which might be used for a crime and carried with himself/herself any weapon or other dangerous things in front of the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, without good cause.
