A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No defendant shall possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, administer, deliver, receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or offer narcotics or psychotropic drugs, which are not a person handling narcotics.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On February 18, 2019, at the end of 18:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them into the Defendant’s arms, which were parked at a work site near F elementary school located in E at Suwon-si, and then administered phiphones in a way of injecting them into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On March 17, 2019, at around 17:00, the Defendant’s passenger car (benz E250, G), which was parked in the Defendant’s residential Mar. 1, 201, owned by the Defendant at the Defendant’s residential M.

In the same manner as described in the port, approximately 0.05g of philophones were administered.

C. On April 19, 2019, the Defendant was on the rank around 17:00.
