A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 23:00 on October 5, 2016, the Defendant driven a wing truck with B, and led D front roads located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, to the middle school from the dynamic apartment zone to the 30km from the death of the deceased apartment zone.
