Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and by imprisonment for a year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On November 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for registration of change of the registered titleholder’s indication with respect to F religious organization G principal in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) on November 21, 2012, despite that the Defendant is not the representative of the F Religious organization G principal office located in Seocho-gu, Seoul; (c) the employees of the said certified judicial scrivener office shall, upon such request, prepare an application for registration of change of the registered titleholder’s indication in the column for change of the registration of change of the registered titleholder’s indication; and (d) prepared an application for registration of change of the registered titleholder’s indication, which is a “F Religious organization G principal of the G principal of the F Religious organization” with the applicant column for “a representative of the F Religious organization G principal of the G principal of the G branch of the G branch of the G branch; and (e) the Defendant, at the above date, at the place, files an application for registration of change of the registered titleholder’s name, who is the person responsible for registration of the establishment of the registration.

4. The Defendant requested an application for the registration of the creation of superficies in the name of L to the above land at the above date, at the above place, and the employees of the said certified judicial scrivener office shall, at the request of the person liable for registration of the creation of superficies, prepare in the column for registration of the creation of superficies, “F Religious Organization G principal A, J, and Gyeonggi-do D in the application form for registration of the creation of superficies,” and shall use the qualification

B. The Defendant, at the above time, filed an application for change of the registered titleholder’s indication with the Seoul Central Registry located in Seomun-gu Seoul Jung-gu, 37-8, 1 copy of the application for registration of creation of a right to collateral security, and one copy of the application for registration of creation of a superficies.
